I’m Aquilla Little, founder of Heart & Hands Everyday Support Services LLC. I created this business to give busy people a dependable extra set of hands for everyday life.

With more than 10 years of experience in healthcare support and my current work in managed care, I bring strong organization, clear communication and dependable follow-through to everyday household support.

Heart & Hands serves busy professionals, working families, new moms and adults of all ages throughout Essex County, NJ. Whether your schedule is full or you simply want help catching up, we start with what matters most to you.

I help with errands, grocery and local pickups, light laundry, pantry and closet organizing, paperwork, appointment support, home and phone check-ins, waiting services and mobile notary appointments. One-time visits and weekly or monthly Reset packages make it easier to find the support that fits your routine.
